With over 30 years of experience in graphic design, branding, marketing and communications I bring a wealth of expertise in creating compelling visual stories and strategic brand communications. I'm driven by continual self-improvement and a passion for identifying niche opportunities, always striving to deliver innovative solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations.
Currently, I serve as the Creative Services Manager at NIOA Group, where I lead a dynamic team in producing diverse marketing collateral, including print ads, large-format graphics, merchandise, catalogues, tenders, web content, and social media campaigns. My role also involves project management, brand strategy, and event support, all while maintaining budgets and negotiating media requirements across Australia and New Zealand.

Throughout my career, I've achieved significant milestones, such as implementing streamlined project workflows, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and influencing global brand guidelines. My diverse background includes roles at Edified, where I designed impactful publications and reports, and Study Group, where I optimised global marketing operations and significantly reduced costs.

Beyond my professional work, I'm deeply committed to my community, holding leadership positions in local school and sports associations. I take pride in mentoring and supporting the growth of my professional teams, serving as a role model and guide.
